1.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
- Custom jewellery requires 2-4 weeks before shipping.
- We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order.

2.1 Domestic Delivery:
- Standard Delivery (5-7 business days)
- For expedited or express delivery, an additional cost is to be bourne by customer.
2.2 International Shipping:
- Standard International (10-14 business days): Calculated at Checkout
- Express International (3-5 business days): Calculated at Checkout

3.1 A tracking number will be provided via email or whatsapp once your order has been shipped.
